SHIPPING

When will I receive my purchased items?

Our items are stored and some created from Printul Inc. The items ship through FedEx and the US Postal Service (USPS), we do not guarantee shipping times. However, the average shipping times for the mainland USA are 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays); please allow 10-30 business days for all other US territories, including Alaska and Hawaii.

How do I track my shipment?

A email notification will be sent from Printul with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What if the return and exchange policy?

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.

If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.

If the item is returned to our drop ship facility, someone from their team will contact you regarding the return. They will ship the return back to you; however, you will be responsible for the shipping cost a second time. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

How are returns sent back?

What if my a style or size is not available?

If your size or style is not available you can sign up in our newsletter to be the first updated once new and previous styles are back in inventory.

Can I adjust my purchase after its been placed?

We are unable to make updates to an order once it has been placed.

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

If you wish to cancel your order, please send a cancellation request to team@unitedlegacyclothing.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will contact you and let you know if we can process your cancellation request. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
